On June 28, 2025, Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone successfully conducted a comprehensive emergency rescue drill. Ganzhou Daye Company, as a key enterprise representative, participated throughout the entire process. The drill adopted a "training through drills, preparation through exercises" model, simulating a sudden fire scenario in an industrial park to comprehensively test the emergency response capabilities of government and enterprises working in coordination. Covering all procedural stages from alarm dispatching, fire scene reconnaissance, firefighting operations, to personnel search and rescue, Daye Company's safety team collaborated efficiently with professional rescue forces, successfully completing the planned tasks.

Realistic Drills Hone Emergency Capabilities
During the drill, Daye Company's emergency team cooperated with the on-site command post, deeply engaging in three key phases:

  1. Fire Reconnaissance: Entered the simulated fire zone with thermal imaging cameras to precisely locate hazards.

  2. Firefighting Operations: Employed an "internal-external pincer attack" tactic to control fire spread.

  3. Personnel Rescue: Established a temporary medical point to provide first aid to casualties.
Their professional performance earned on-site recognition from Liang Dingsheng, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee: "Active enterprise participation is crucial for building a comprehensive emergency response system."

Fortifying Summer Safety Production Defense Line
Director Liang Dingsheng emphasized in his speech: "Currently is the peak period for production and construction; enterprises must maintain a constant sense of alertness regarding safety." Ganzhou Daye Company responded swiftly:

  • Immediately launched the "Safety Production Enhancement Month" special campaign on the same day.

  • Organized company-wide screenings of the "Factory-within-Factory Fire Safety Warning Education Film".

  • Upgraded its three-tier emergency response mechanism to achieve "30-second warning - 3-minute response".

Building a Long-Term Safety Mechanism
Daye Company's safety management officer stated: "This drill is a vivid example of government-enterprise collaboration. We will:
✅ Conduct weekly scanning-style hazard inspections.
✅ Implement monthly multi-scenario unannounced drills.
✅ Update the emergency resource distribution map quarterly.
We are resolutely implementing the principle of 'Prevention First, Combining Prevention and Rescue' to contribute Daye's strength to the high-quality development of the Economic Development Zone!"

Overview of Safety Production Inspection Work

Our company consistently prioritizes safety production as a core management objective, strictly adhering to the principle of "Safety First, Prevention Foremost, Comprehensive Management." We have established a multi-layered, high-frequency safety production inspection mechanism to ensure controllable safety risks within the industrial park.

  1. Inspection Frequency & Scope:

    • Monthly Comprehensive Inspections: Led by the company's Safety Committee, specialized teams conduct thorough inspections covering key areas such as production workshops, warehouses, office areas, and fire exits. Focus includes verifying equipment operational status, effectiveness of firefighting facilities, and adherence to operational procedures.

    • Weekly Specialized Inspections: Dedicated safety officers conduct daily rotating inspections targeting seasonal risks (e.g., summer fire prevention, winter freeze protection) and specific areas (e.g., hazardous chemical storage, electrical circuits) to ensure timely hazard identification.

  2. Fire Equipment Inspection Standards:

    • Firefighting Facilities: Monthly functional checks of fire hydrants, extinguishers, emergency lighting, and evacuation signage to ensure normal pressure, no obstructions/damage, with maintenance records kept.

    • Passage Management: Strict checks to ensure evacuation routes and emergency exits are unobstructed; prohibit storage of debris or obstacles. Fire compartments and fire truck access areas must comply with regulations.

  3. Inspection Process & Rectification Loop:

    • Recording & Reporting: Inspectors fill out standardized forms detailing issues with attached photos, submitted daily to the safety management department for archiving.

    • Rectification Tracking: General hazards require rectification within set deadlines; major hazards trigger immediate work stoppage and designated supervision ("red-tagging"). Rectification must be verified and accepted before closure, forming a "Inspect-Rectify-Verify" closed loop.

  4. Responsibility & Training:

    • Department heads are clearly designated as primary safety responsibility holders; inspection results factor into performance evaluations.

    • Regular fire drills and safety training are organized for all employees to ensure mastery of the "Four Essential Skills" (report alarms, extinguish fires, evacuate, use firefighting equipment).
